| Story: | I've only had one job so far and it only lasted for about a month and a half at most, I could not stand one of my managers. She was always on everyone’s case. She would try to keep the female employees away from the guy employees. She would always get mad when the guys would talk to us. She always tried getting the guys attention and would always want everyone to laugh at all her "jokes". Well one day I was in the front greeting customers with my co worker and for our whole shift we were talking have a few laughs and just trying to make the best of our time while greeting and helping the customers. The next day when I went to work, the manager had my co worker in the office, idk what she told her but my co worker left home early crying. She had made a big deal and told our head manager that my co worker and I were talking about her and were ignoring the customers. She always thought everyone was talking about her or out to take over her job. I guess she knew that no one really liked her. I really couldn’t handle having a manager like her, so I ended up quitting. I just hope I never have to deal with another manager like her. | |||||||||
