| Story: | Well,i had been working in an office as an accountant for about 2 months..The environment and everything was fine but i was feeling too much of work pressure since the salary was not according to the work i got to do..The main owner of this firm stays out most of the time to look into other projects,so the Manager acts like the owner.. I am really one of those who doesn't like to get up early in the morning..One day i reached my office at around 9:30 AM (i had to reach at sharp 9 AM)..The manager asked tons of questions regarding this and i was not prepared to answer any of those..I got fed up with this..Then i took 2 days leave without intimating them(got really urgent work)..He(manager) again came and started blah blah blah and was NOT listening to what i was telling..OH GOD,he really pissed the hell out of me..The only thing i was wonering about is "WHY DOES HE STILL WANT ME TO WORK IN THAT OFFICE?"..Finally my doubt got cleared when i received only 70% of my actual salary..He deducted 30% salary because of being late one day and taking a 2 days leave..And obviously I took no time in asking for a resignation letter.. [To my surprise after few days,i got his call.He was asking if i wanted to rejoin and offering a really good salary this time(OMG,HE REALLY LIKED MY WORK?).But i had to reject his offer since i already got another job of my choice and have No intention to rejoin..] | |||||||||
